How are we able to offer this discount?
Basically we have very low overhead costs compared to a traditional gift and stationery store-front, since we operate out of our home.  And in the end, we know how expensive weddings and life in general can be, so that is why we want to give back and pass those savings onto you.

What forms of payment do we accept?

How long do orders usually take to come in?
It really depends on the company you decide to go with and how intricate of an invitation or stationery you choose.  Wedding invitations can take anywhere from 1 to 3 weeks, while personalized stationery only takes about 4 to 7 days.  However, this does not mean that you can wait until the last minute to order them!  There are a number of details surrounding the order that must be decided upon before we can send in the actual order.

How far in advance should a Bride begin looking at wedding invitations?
Wedding invitations should be sent out 8 weeks before the wedding.  Therefore, if you allow yourself 1 month to assemble and address, 2-3 weeks to get the order in, our advice would be for Brides to begin looking at invitations no later than 4-5 months before the big day.  However, after you have your ceremony and reception site picked out, it’s never too early to come and look!  The more time we have together, the more time we can spend picking out the perfect invitation.

What is the process to order something from us?
Most likely you will come in and look through our large albums.  These albums are 40-70 pages long and display the actual invitations and stationery each supplier carries. You are not merely looking through a catalog at pictures of the invitations, you will be able to feel and see first hand what you may want to order.  However, if you see something that you suits you online, don't feel like you have to come in and look through the albums.  Please just call us and we'll get the order in for you right away.
  
Are appointments necessary?
Yes, we would like for you to make an appointment ahead of time so that we can devote all of our attention to one Bride or individual at a time.  Please feel free to call us at 540.904.2887 (option #2) or email us at sales@bemyguestonline.com and we will be get back with you to set up a time to meet.

Can you still order from us even if you live out of town?
Most certainly!  What you need to do is first look around on our website and get an idea of what suppliers (ex:  Elite, American Stationery, etc) you might like to use.  Then, go to a local stationery store near you (yes, go visit the competitor) and ask to see specific suppliers’ albums.  This will allow you to look at the paper quality, envelope durability, etc. that you can’t always see online.  99% of the time the store will offer you the price printed in the album; however, we will be happy to give you 20% off the listed price.  Write down the company and product number and come back to us and we can order it for you at a lower price.

Do we sell more than what is on our website?
Yes, the website is only a tool to allow you to look and see the premium brands we have to offer. Many of our suppliers are not even able to put their entire inventory online.  Our website is simply here to allow you to get a feel of what we have to offer.

What if you find something that you like, but we don’t have an album for it; can you still order it from us?
If you find something that you like with a supplier we represent, then we can certainly do that.  On the other hand, if you find stationery by a supplier which we don’t have a relationship with, then we would be unable to do so.  However, we are always looking to increase our product selection, so please let us know if you have any suggestions on additional suppliers we should carry.
